Here's the procedure;
1. Buyer sends in vessel details
2. Buyer provide a Bank guarantee or proof of fund (POF)
3. Buyer must have authority to load product
4. Seller sends SPA
5. Buyer endorses SPA and return to Buyer
6. Buyer confirms product on board
7. Transaction takes place as payments are also made.

Note: The reason for items 1-3 is to ensure one is dealing with serious facilitators/buyers. We dont entertain time wasting in any form. Once all standards are met, then we are in business.
