The coy is a frustrated one,i av smb that resigned early this year because he has been on one position since 7 yrs of entering there.No incentives,no trainings,no promotions,no salary increament,imagine collecting 97k and paying 16k as tax in a month.Isnt that much?.The pple that are really enjoying are those on level 33,thats ard 400k+ per month so watch oit dont dig ur grave b4 u die.shalom. |

Tinnymerit, pls do not discourage her. dere r different kind of jobs in companies..some are contract and others arent..if Lola scales tru BAT mgt trainee programme , after the probationary 2 years, she gets a management role ...dats a 34 level so u shld know aw much she will be earning..al d best omorlorlah 1 Like |
