Muhammad was predicted to come in the Gospel of John:

Just a quick note, the Arabic word "Muhammad" is an expression which means "The honorable one" or "The glorified one" or "The admirable".  Prophet Muhammad was the first in the Middle East to be named "Muhammad".  Below, you will see how Jesus in today's Gospel of John had called this human Prophet which he predicted his comming "The honorable one".

Jesus in the Greek Bible used the Greek word "Periklytos" which means the admirable or glorified one. He called that predicted human prophet "Periklytos".  This word corresponds exactly to the Arabic word "Muhammad" which also means the "admired one" or "glorified one." In other words, "Periklytos" is "Muhammad" in Greek.

Let us start...

In the Bible we can find the following four passages wherein Jesus (peace be upon him) predicts a great event:

John 14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever"
( its in light of Jesus prayer we have Muhammad who is last and the seal of the prophet till the world will no longer exist)

John 15:26 "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me"
( Muhammad pbuh testified to jesus Christ pbuh and he says who ever among the Muslims malign Jesus pbuh is not part of him Quran in sura maida said a many thing about Jesus pbuh in Quran 5 - 116:120 and aural Mariam Quran 19 - 29:40


John 14:26 "But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."

( prophet Muhammad pbuh has taught many things as regard God, this life and the hereafter. An American Philip Kaitlin ranked him number one among the people who had more impact on the lives of people)


John 16:7-14 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you."

Jesus peace be upon him said he shall not speak for himself and whenever Muhammad wants to speak he start with the name of Allah the merciful Bismilahi Ramon Raheem. Jesus also said he shal glorify me islam is the only religion that Gives glory to Jesus by saying peace be upon him each time his name is mentioned . Not ready to argue further but I need to show u the way the truth, the life and the hereafter religion

I can categorically tell u that Muhammed is the one referred to by Jesus cos if spirit will come it will come inform of human if not who will understand him and islam is the only religion it Muhammad is the only messenger that glorifies other prophets

If mohammed was the comforter, why did he die?

i think brother Reyginus asked u a good question, d comforter has nothing to do with death,because he is to guide Gods people in all truth nd we present day christians defintely needs a comforter to guide us in our everday life, he lives in us nd with us nd through him we are to do Gods will with all d false doctrines going on in christiandom nd i think if he has any place in islam, present day muslims will need him to clarify what they mean by islam being a religion of peace cause there is something inherent in it dat makes too many muslims violent. Even me gives glory to Jesus nd even catholics do things like glory to Jesus.

Many other prophets recognize older religions, prophets. They all claim to be the one true whatever.
Regardless, why do you muslims insist on doing this? Are you programmed to try and assimilate whenever possible? Aren't you happy with your corner and having moh as your special friend?

While this term is used mostly in software circles, it seems it's the mode of operation for various religions (I'm looking at you xtianity in relation to judaism, and islam to xtianity)

Was it the same Mohammed that fell on the Apostles and they were speaking in tongues?
Was it the same Mohammed (comforter) that was to comfort people with sword and terror?
The comforter was to tell and teach people about christ, But Mohammed was going around fighting for Allah.

I believe you should do more on studying to gain knowledge not to sound

If this is what Islam teaches you then alot of people are going to cry if their eyes becomes opened to lies they have being fed with.
