We all get emotionally hurt at some point in our life. But did you know that if you're suffering from heartbreak, it may have actual health consequences?

I want to get some tips to help the situation. Any contribution?

forget the past and look for someone better and solid than the one u left.

just try to forget the passed

try glue

duct tape watever pieces u have left together. cos trust me if u dont nobody would do it for u.

i listen to music

Don't let anyone into your heart, then they won't be able to trash it and take some with them as they leave

follow efani's advice, just use super glue and mend all the pieces back.

Ice cream and/or alcohol and/or revenge

Why should your heart be broken in the first place
Is it made from glass?
Anyway, get superglue and fix it
Then wear an iron shield for it
If you are reading this and your heart is breakable, go and replace it with an iron one fast fast!

get some good friends and hang out with dem---try to keep urself busy to avoid thinking--- dont just rush into a relationship to forget bout d past one cos it wont work and u'l end up hurting ur partner--all d best

get urself involve in some activity or something that intrests u. i know how it feels like to be hurt. good luck

To mend a broken heart-1.Get anoda gf, and 2.Cut of the hands of the 1 hu broke ur heart.

it is very hard to move on esp if u gav ur all. i tink the best remedy is to be on ur own for a while.just hang out wit friends.keep urself busy. blive me,it worked for me
