Femi, I am interested in this plot. However, here are some questions for you:
(1) Is the plot on an established housing estate for it to have a Global C of O? If yes, please what is the estate's name?
(2) Are there people already living on the 'estate' or is it virgin land?
(3) No omo-onile trouble... Will you be ready to enter into a legal agreement on that?
(4) Perimeter fencing... Is it a 'full' fence? Does it have the usual iron gate?
(5) Will the following necessary documents be immediately available at the point of purchase... Deed of Assignment & Approved Survey Plan?
(6) My contacts tell me that Lafenwa, Ogun State to Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos will take nothing less than 60 minutes! A 30-minute drive will only take you up to Ewekoro, Ifo Local Government, so they tell me. Or which Lafenwa are you talking about? Isn't it the one on Ayetoro Road, Abeokuta?
(7) Is your N800,000/plot tag negotiable?
