Please guys, i really need your matured opinions here. At what age should a child stop requesting money from his/her parents?

It shouldn't be by age, it should be whenever he or she is gainfully employed.

A loving parent never stops giving, a good child knows when to stop accepting.

No set age dear but let's say from the day you pick your first pay check.

However,discretion and your level of independence should help you work it out.

a child should NEVER stop requesting money from their parents, if that said child finds himself in a jam.....the important question you should ask is when does parents should stop bankrolling their kids?

so long as a parent CAN, and that child is really in need, then why not help him/her? but as soon as that child becomes independent (aka have his own job, move out of the house) then thats the time to tell that child that they need to try suffer a little and make it on their own.
