Goal of the Job:

To interface with the subscribers, ensuring that their service needs are identified and resolved.
To create unalloyed customer loyalty by providing customer service that is second to none.

Role description:

To effectively handle all contacts with the subscribers and ensure that service needs are assessed and identified.
To deliver high-level customer service while adhering to set standards.
To accurately process all subscribers’ requests by logging them on the applicable software and follow up to ensure resolution.
To compile customer inquiries and complaints beyond resolution time and ability and forward same to the team leader/shop supervisor.

Requirement for Candidate:

Qualification

A relevant university degree.
Experience

A minimum of 1 year cognate experience preferably in a customer service environment.
