Sir, I don't want Cotonuo's car. I want Lagos cleared with all papers intact that the custom men will not be after me.

NOTE - vehicles can be duly cleared at the sea port,airport and Land borders.
It is very possible to get a duly cleared vehicle from Cotonou without the worry of impound by customs operative.
