You should all be serious with your request, if you actually want a decent miniflat at all.

Opebi and Alausa Axis are hot cake axis and you want to rent 1 year with 200k without provision for Agreement and Commission.

Have a re-think on this and come up with something realistic.

Mind you Ikeja axis including Alausa Ikeja is not under Lagos State Tenancy law which stipulate 1 year rent. It is only by luck that you can get 1 yr rent in Ikeja.
