Protax Consulting (www.protaxng.com - A public sector consulting company with head office in Lagos and branch offices in Adamawa and Abuja, positioning to be known as the preferred consulting company for the public sector in Nigeria, is currently recruiting for the role of Business Analyst Trainee and Human Resource Analyst Trainee (Youth Corpers and IT interns), for its Lagos office.

Job Description includes:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• While an Analyst Trainee is expected to provide support to Business Analyst functions, he/she is also expected to build competencies and capabilities on the job, in order to be confirmed as a Business Analyst.

Specifically an Analyst Trainee will perform the following functions:

• Product/Service Development Support – Actively participate in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or programs across wide range of functional areas - finance, operations, marketing, organization, production, customer service – as guided by a team lead.
• Sales Intelligence Support – Contribute in Providing valuable market and sales insights - including possible/potential opportunities that can be captured by the firm
• Document Creation – Function as a valuable team member, in preparing valuable consulting documentations such as - proposals, bids, concept notes, cover letters, transactional notes/letters/emails, policy thrust etc. ƒ
• General Project Support: Function in other support roles, as directed

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for knowledge and a willingness to learn

UNIQUE JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Entrepreneurial outlook to work
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capability to initiate and own a task, research project, from beginning to end, with minimal or no supervision
• Propensity to take initiative without external prompting

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate in any accredited university in Nigeria (for Industrial Attachment interns)
• Fresh graduates and NYSC Corpers that graduated from an accredited Nigerian university
