None than it makes for good business, without one from Bioware has bothered to go into detail it.

Crafting is randomly shared out into professions that aren't logical, to ensure that whatever you decide and may wish, it entails several professions to discover the parts from. A shell from Armormech, and not your armor. Armor and Mods from a Cybertech, but no logical reasons why. Enhancements from an Artificer, also for no no reason.

If you would like an item of armor to slot in a very shell, you cannot obtain it on the market or ensure it is on your own (the schematic isn't intended for that particular level) - You are able to only pip out at a vendor (and in addition they don't explain where that vendor is), and not for money. Only planet and level-specific tokens that become useless the minute you've managed to move on completely to another place.

This nonsense goes on additionally , on, unless you reach lvl50, where, for many inexplicable cause, crafters are taken out of the picture entirely through the quest reward system. They don't even let you have lvl50 schematics for Armor, Mods or Enhancements. Somehow, there is gear that continues on from fifty and well beyond, but only you be involved in the Operations and Flashpoint content. Enjoy a high level raw lvl50 noob without purple gear and no experience, because the deadly serious a few garnering loot necessitates that you might have both one which just pug on a HM LI WTH LOL while using twelve year olds on Fleet.

The crafting/gearing system makes me feel as if a cow inside a chute waiting to acquire branded on my backside before being ejected out in the corral. What the heck could it be all for?
