AND BANK OFFICIAL HAS NO RIGHT TO ABUSE IT CUSTOMERS WHILE TRYING TO ASK QUESTION RELATING TO HIS ACCOUNT INFORMATION. On what ground can a bank freeze a customers account?
cos I ave a case of bank freezing a customers account on request from another customer claiming the owner of the account defrauded her. the bank did not contact the owner of the account but decided to freeze the account on request.
