There is good news for those who have other finger print scanners other than the one recommended by JAMB for 2013 UTME registration. JAMB recommended that only Digital Persona finger print scanner will be used for 2013 UTME registration but the experiment we carried out showed that offline license work perfectly with Secugen finger print scanner. All you need to do is install the license using 2012 offline software, after installation do your normal thumbprinting, save and go to JAMB website to complete your registration. We tried this with Secugen and can authoritatively tell you that it is working. If you have other scanners you can as well try that.
