With $250 the ECM will be upgraded and the SUV is back on the road. I don't know how Rav-4 owners that are outside the shores of USA and Commonwealth of Puerto rico will get their ECM problem resolved. There is possibility the Owner of this Unit while in US would have replaced th e ECM
