I am making substantial investment in the Real Sector, And I am considering getting huge credit facilities to make robust impact. But my question is; Which is the best Primary Mortgage Bank in Nigeria at the moment, as I do not wanna do business with any bank that could go under any time soon. Please your educative advise will go along way in helping make this decision in the next couple of weeks.

I am excited at what I am finding about FBN Mortgages, I didnt have to sweat too much to pull resources to fund my current properties development projects, but I am always scared of bank lending interest rates and consolidation processes, because I am planning to even pay off before moratorium expires, I do not know what their pay-off interests will be, I hope it will not be same fixed rate.
