I was short listed for an aptitude test organised by uba bank 2months back. I attended it and its was successfully because that was what I saw when I submitted the questions given to me then and the man in charge said that they would get back to me on that very day I wrote the test. Just few days back,I received a message from them inviting me for another interview again, so what do u think they are upto this time around? Opinion pls

There r many stages in an interview process, u may even get to meet an Executive Director before being offered employment.

So brush up ur skills especially if its a marketing role, and giv good consise answers. D interview stage of UBA takes a while so b patient.
