If android is boring to you as you said, so will iphone. The difference in operation between an android phone and iphone is same as the difference between Honda and Toyota car. Note that the same programmers code for Android and iphone. I don't think you visited the app market to get many apps that will keep you busy.
Why will you even exchange gs3 quad core phone with old iphone 4s dual core phone? Do you not know that samsung manufactured many components you find inside iphone? Just Google ifixid teardown, you'll find out that apple products are highly overpriced. The total components cost of iphone 4s does not exceed $189.00 but apple sell at premium around $500 locking in profit of about $300 dollars.
