Can you be specific please! As for the promos that were ran by Glo before NCC stops them, they have been given out winnings except Made4Life promo. So, because Glo complied with immediate directives of NCC in stopping all their ongoing promo/lotteries does not in anyway make them scam, as all their promos were still ongoing at the time of the ban.
For the MTN you mentioned, their Ultimate wonder promo have already ended before NCC announced the ban. MTN therefore was left with no choice but to announce who won the Aeroplane. Thank you.

The Text4Millions Season 3 was still ongoing at the time of NCC ban and therefore, no room for the grand price winner of the N24million at stake.
