Job requirements:
• Minimum requirement OND.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and fluent in English Language.
• Basic computer usage and technical skills.
• Some exposure to cellphone repairs is a plus.
• Comfortable with working with people and gadgets
• Applicants who live in the Lagos State.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.

Job Responsibilities
As a part of the our technical team you will be responsible for any or all of the following
>Repair and troubleshoot customer cell phones, iPods, iPads, Laptops, Digital Camera and various game systems (PlayStation, XBox, Wii etc.)
>Be willing to act as a backup customer service person if/when needed. To include customer check-in and check-out, calling customers with status updates, handling customer complaints etc.
>Test and troubleshoot defective cell phones/ batteries.
>Document all work conducted in accordance with the department policies
>Research all parts replaced for cost, availability, and lead time
>Work in a team environment.
>Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
