1) FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Job Description
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant will work with the functional team in developing Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD), modeling and designing CRM entities. He/she will provide subject matter expertise for establishing world-class approaching to presales, scripted solution demonstrations, solution deployment and support the technical team as the needs arise.

The Consultant will be a key functional spokesperson for the CRM Team. The Consultant will help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions, and will demonstrate how customers can realize substantial value by deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions. He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 and possess excellent communication skills to concisely design, articulate and our strategy and solutions to decision makers - customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
· Understand customer requirements and design Functional Requirements Documentation(FRD) for the development of customized solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
· Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical team to review, analyze and define requirements for new development and enhancements
· Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation, role-based security definitions, implementation, configuration, enhancements and upgrades
· Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadlines
· Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives; Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust
· Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients
· Deliver presentations to all levels of management
· Build and maintain significant alliances and support across the client’s business

Qualifications
· A good First Degree from a reputable institution (Minimum of 2:1)
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (desired)
· A good team player and ability to work with minimal supervision
· Experience in Microsoft Sure Step Methodology (preferred)
· Microsoft Certification would be an added advantage
· Knowledge of programming would be an added advantage

2) TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

In addition to the requirements above, applicants should also have

· Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2008 R2 (SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedure, SSRS Reporting, etc.)
· C#.NET Programming Knowledge .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 (Visual Basic 2005, 2008, 2010)
· Microsoft Dynamics CRM Working Knowledge
· Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM (SOAP Web service, Plug-ins, Workflow, Portal Development)
· ASP.NET Web Development
