Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), as part of its Human Resource Development initiatives is embarking on Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme to equip people of Niger Delta with appropriate training and skills for effective participation in the local content programme of the current administration as well as compete globally in various professional fields.

Such an initiative by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) offers Masters and PhD Scholarships to Nigerian Students from the Niger Delta to study abroad in 2013.
Fields of Study: The Scheme is for suitably qualified applicants with relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from recognized Universities in the following professional disciplines:

Engineering
Medicine
Computer Science/Technology
Geology
Geo-sciences
Environmental Sciences
Graduate Pilot Training
Agriculture
