use pc to flash it, the flashing programe is called AIO Android flasher. just google it around its not hard

Just remove ur sim and memory card and hold the power on key and up volume key together, the phone will normally do factory reset

yup it reads the mem card but weneva i install an app then switch off me fone or wen me ba3 dies and i power it back, i wont find the apps again..... seems as if it vanished into thin air ;(
