I have a diabetic friend. He has rashes and reddening around his pubic area and his anus. He also has a stroke and is diabetic. He uses different kind of creams (clotriazole and others) to subside the rash but its not getting better. He also cleans up these areas with antiseptics and warm water, but still no improvements. Please what should he do as this rashes inflicts pain on him
