I masked and blended a skull on the right side of the head and liquified the teeth. As for the blood, I blended (mutiply) the pictures of blood with white background and reduced the transparency. (Note: 'multiply' removes white while 'screen' removes black). I also blended (overlay and soft light) pictures of desaturated meat and rust metal to create the wound and dirt effect especially on the woman zombie then I adjusted the transparency.

Seems you also applied cracks on the image
