that's why i say there is no better love than for "self".
there is no better motivation than that which begins with "self".

When people or obstacles come in your way, never give up. regardless, make the necessary
sacrifices and keep going. wink

katy perry's "fireworks" is the perfect song for this.
you have to be your biggest motivator and go for it!! regardless
of what anyone says or the "sh-t that happens". kiss

Eseries: Failed woefully where I never thought in the past I will, where no one ever thought I will, my past teachers, friends, parents , siblings!
Was depressed for so long!
It hit me so hard maybe it is because it is My first time of experiencing "real" failure. I have been flying ever since and my mates have 2 look up 2 see me and all of a sudden...*gbam! Am on de ground!
But I have this tiny loud voice that keep saying to me;
You are built tough!
You are built smart!
You are built to stand out!
So here I am!.......come on 2013!
Can't wait to take on you!
Yea, that's me. I'll rise again.

joeydozzy: this thread is way too inspiring

it includes the most successful individuals in the various world industries

and it doesn't even include the former richest man who was a dropout

pple should see this thread and remind themselves that if they believe, they would never be failures all their lives. their time would definitely come. Steve jobs didn't back down even when he was sacked at 30, Beatles received the worst insult to their talent hunting gimmick. dejected as they were, they believed strongly that they would make it and here they are the greatest legends of this generation.

I believe smiley

He said so Himself google is your friend...
Prof Graduated with a 3rd Class from U.I, before proceeding to the U.K.
Thats a complete example of the topic.
Oh and Micheal Jordan too, his Hi-school coach did'nt allow him play because of his height then, he called M.J a team liability... Until Mike poppedoff with Air Jordan in the NBA.

virtuoso01: One of my favourite quotations is from the movie "Revolver" and it goes thus:

"There are no such things as problems, only situations."

Anybody that has the above view of life can never be a failure. And that is an immutable fact.

I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. - Michael Jordan

can't know the joy of success until you've tasted the bitterness of failing.
