There're some musicians and songs that are too popular but I just can't understand why. Some of them even win Grammy or important awards. The songs and artists are both local and foreign. Let me cite a few examples.

1. Although I'm a great fan of Rihanna, I still don't understand why Pon de-Replay was so highly rated
2. I just don't understand all the PSY + Gangnam style hullaballoo
3. There's one Arab butcher in UK with one pound fish and CNN won't let me watch news
4. Davido and his OBO. What exactly is he up to?
5. Dare Art Alade: I prefer him as DJ/OAP than a musician
