Further to your application for the Agbami 2012 Scholarship Award. We
are pleased to inform you that you have met all the requirements for
receiving the award hence you have been awarded the scholarship.
Please proceed with a print out of this email and the congratulatory
message on your phone to your State Scholarship Board to pick up your
Scholarship award letter.
You will need to present this email and your State Scholarship Award
Letter at the Designated GT bank Branch as listed in the news paper
publication.

The questions are:
Why are state scholaship boards of most states forming too busy to attend to students (pls give students their award letters, if your state can't award scholarship other institutions can)
why is GTBank delaying this payment. I know of students that travel far from their school to their state of origin but did not collect their scholarship award from the bank, only for GTBank workers to say" come back next week the ATM card is not ready" ...checking on the same bank the next week, a new report "come next year 2013, we have not gotten the ATM card from headquaters"
