In few cases, Ph.D candidates are admitted at the beginning of both Ist and second semesters. You can pay a visit to the university or you can call the graduate admission officer for more information.

Hi, try British Education network. They are now in Nigeria.

They have a lot of courses, and most importantly, you get your degree from foreign Universities (UK, Canada, Ireland..), i think its dependent on what course you do anyway.

All their degrees and certificates are from foreign bodies.
