pls help my modem couldnt connect to my laptop. d modem would be logged in bt would not pass autentication stage, it would show error 619 dat a connection to remote could not be established. pls help me on how to solve dis probs. tanks.

Check your APN settings if its correct

If u are using a plug and play modem, uninstal the interface software, then plug and reinstal it and all the settings Will Automatically set themselves.
