I had wondered why the old man owner will not be "reasonable" with the price tag on this plot, but I realised he doesn't care if a buyer takes it @ his price now or not: He's watched land appreciate rapidly around him in the last couple of years & knows it's going to get "better" with time. So a later buyer will pay higher. |
