JOB DESCRIPTION: An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the vibrant prospect team for graduate trainees. Working alongside a strong and talented team, the successful applicant will be heavily involved in working on new and existing clients, while continuing to monitor and service the existing ones. The main duties and responsibilities of the new role will be to produce new action plans to penetrate the market, including promotional pricing, product repositioning, and product endorsement. The candidate will also be expected to assist in the monitoring of competitor activity, report finding, and recommendations to team leaders and directors in the organization. Day to day activities and responsibilities will also be to develop and populate your universe in the business environment and having new set of prospects clients and also supporting the rest of the team in any ad-hoc duties.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES: In other to be successful in this position, the candidate must be qualified to the degree level or its equivalent. A smart O.N.D holder could also be considered. The candidate must posses a good computer operation skill, excellent inter-personal and communication skill, customer relationship skill, and will have a desire to always learn throughout their career due to the nature of the industry. The candidate will be provided with excellent training opportunities within and outside the country and a structured career development while working for a highly successful well established national organization.
