Listen if the car was any good to begin with it would not be junk title//salvage (MV-907A-NY). is a non direct way to say junk//junk is junk and that dressed up junkpile is just what it is.
do not buy you will end up with a money pit that has been disguised//they always look good but they fall apart fast.
If it just dies when you get it home you have no none nada recourse against seller you are stuck because you bought junk and you knew it.


If you still want the vehicle I would suggest that it be completely inspected by a certified mechanic from bumper to bumper before having it inspected by a scanner. That way your mechanic competence is tested.

A NY907A title is NY's salvage title. If you want to be able to have the car on the street again, every damaged part needs to be replaced, documented, and you need to have receipts for. After repairs, it has to go through salvage inspection IN NEW YORK STATE, which poses a problem for a lot of people. At this inspection, you leave the car with them, and they tear through it to make sure everything is fixed. NY has one of the worst and most difficult salvage inspections, which is why people say stay away from 907A cars.
