Please i have Nokia E6 which comes with Symbian Anna but when i updated the phone using Ovi suit it updated to Symbian Belle Refresh which i don't really like compared to Anna. now how can i go back to my Anna O.S? i have google it but all the methods i found was with E7 and did not work with my E6, i.e using naviffirm to download the Anna O.S and use phoenix to flash the phone, which i did but it didn't work. please i need ur help... i really wanna go back to my precious O.S which is Anna. |

Down grading isn't an easy process and you have to flash your phone first and then install a fresh copy of Anna. I would suggest you to not to do this because if something goes wrong it may affect the hardware. |
