Not just sin, Self-Service is a Self-Disservice!
It's very possible - find a way to culture yourself to do without it. It'll marvel you how much extra energy you'll gain and have to put into some other meaningful activities.

And by the way, blame no one for whatever consequences you reap for sticking to it. Soon some may even come deceive you that it's 'healthy', even when your body keeps crying that it is dying from it.
