Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
·Develop leads for new business
·Prospecting new clients and following up aggressively on contacts
·Making presentations/demos to make a sale;
·maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;
·cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers; prospect for new business;
·responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
·acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
·negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales;
·gathering market and customer information;
·negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
·advising on forthcoming product developments;
·creating detailed proposal documents,often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
·gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
·Projection of a positive organizational image to clients and the public at large.

Requirements
·Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualifications
·A minimum of 2 years’ experience selling Technology Solutions
·A graduate of engineering, science or technology discipline from a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division

Test Adminsitrator

Responsibilities
.Ensure that all tests and assessments are deployed in line with global standards
.Planning, Scheduling, Administration and Review of all Testing operations incontrolled/invigilated environments
.Manage Operational Relationship with Test Centres
.Manage Test Centre; Commercial Relationship with Test Centres
.Manage Test Administrators
.Maintain integrity of Testing process
.Maintain the integrity of results
.Proffer improvement initiatives in Test Administration

Requirements
.Must be a graduate of an engineering, science or technology discipline with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division from a reputable university.
.Excellent analytical skills
.Excellent lateral thinking skills
.Must be resident in the F.C.T. Abuja

Field Representatives

Requirements
.A good degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
.Must be computer literate.
.Must be time conscious.
.A good project manager.
.Ability to maintain high standard of confidentiality.
.Not less than 25 years of age by 1st January, 2012.

Training Assistant

Responsibilities
.Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
.Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
.Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
.Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
.Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
.Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
.Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
.Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
.Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors.

Minimum Requirements
.A minimum of 2.1 from a reputable university in any social science discipline or education
.At least 1 year experience as a trainer
.Excellent writing and communication skills
