Virtual IT Training Vs Classroom IT Training – A Closer Look by arvind1990: 12:32pm On Jan 08, 2013
Traditional IT training program versus cutting-edge modern Virtual IT training program discussion is an ending one. However, in IT circles, professionals are still unaware of certain factors that make these two patterns different and similar in a lot many ways.

Traditional IT classroom trainings still hold well in imparting top-flight IT trainings to the new generation of IT professionals. We can say that there is nothing that compares to actual instructor in-person in the class to inspire participants. However for businesses, instructor-led live virtual IT trainings prove very cost-effective and flexible in multiple ways. Both cost and quality aspects are no longer issues with virtual trainings. It has evolved immensely over the years unlike few initial virtual IT training classes; today’s online classes deliver a remarkably absorbing experience.

Virtual IT training has many aspects, with the internet itself serving as a greatest information and resource pool for the participants. We can get immense resources from online forums or just Wikipedia or manufacturer’s support areas and other free resources. These days because of the enhanced technology (rich media and live interactive tools) over the internet, participants can get the exercises on the virtual platform. So, it can be said that when one is dealing with modern technology and the computer infrastructure, it is indeed an expensive way to get trained in a traditional way.

There are other benefits also to virtual IT training, like – a remote classroom training requires travel, virtual IT trainings also comes handy to those who do not have time or do not want to spend on travel expense. These classes reduce accommodation cost and absenteeism from work. Virtual IT training programs are developed by the same instructors who conduct the live Boot camps. Also, with high-end consoles these days, student-trainer interaction has also upgraded.

So, it can be said that both IT traditional classroom trainings and Online IT trainings are equally beneficial for the IT professionals and industry at large in their own unique ways.
