I stumbled upon this picture on a site from someone that lost 7kg in one week. Exercise and dieting. I think it would be inspirational to the members of this health forum. No drugs, she just exercised and ate right. The website also has links to what she was eating and how she was exercising everyday. I wish we can all be this hardworking and doing it the right way instead of using all these advertised drugs that never work.

Mostly what she lost was the stomach fat, which was what she needed to loose anyways.And that made her physique look great
