please how do i get in contact with my state governor for sponsorship ? i want to become a pilot @ the Nigerian college of aviation technology zaria , but the fees are just way too much 7,225,000 . i found out that most of the students where been sponsored by there state government . please i need tips and info on how to go about .like where i should send ma application letter to and what office i should visit . thank you.
