i have a dream of creating an artificial ozone layer before the year 2020, pray for me

nothing is impossible. If we can conceive it, we can achieve it. Now, can u give a briefing on the natural ozone O3 to let those who do not have any knowledge of it glean some facts outa it. Best wishes

the natural ozone layer is a gaseous part of the atmospere which reduces/minimize the ultra violent ray emitted by the sun, in a learned language, it reduces the heat that the sun releases, and due to the technological activities of man, one of the most dangerous gas(chlorofluorocarbon) which is released by fumes from factories, motor cars, engine and so many other machines capable of releasing this gas, now this gas(cfc) is capable of depleting the ozone and reducing it efficiency thereafter leading to global warming, scientists believe that if nothing is done about this, before yea 2020, the ozone layer must have been depleted finish, and you know what it means to come in direct contact with a fresh ultraviolentray which has not been absorbed by the ozone, my yet to be realised dream therefore, is to create an artificial ozone which will replaced the depleted natural ozone layer
