To power the loads you mentioned, you need nothing less than 5kva inverter with in built powerful intelligent charger. you may buy the imported models or the locally made. just make sure it is a pure SINE WAVE INVERTER. i can tell you more about inverters cos i'm in the research and development section of one inverter company.

its okay to save for power. if you follow my advice to the later, you will not regret over the smallest kobo you put in. standard pure sine wave inverter rated 5kva costs 150 thousand min. they use minimum of 4 deep cycle batteries which costs 50 thousand each. installation cost varies according to how your home has been wired. summary, TARGET 450 THOUSAND AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.

Do the maths yourself. Your proposal for inverter and 4 deep cyle is childs play vis-a vis the air conditioners the man wants to power.
If it were just tv, fan, lighting , your proposal is fine. Air conditioners are energy guzzlers.

the spec i gave should run for about 3 hours. if more than 3 hours is desired, then the number of battery should be doubled or tripled. thanks for this contribution. i gave the minimum spec.
