My BB keeps showing SOS; meaning I can't make or receive calls, browse the internet etc. On checking the network connections, glo mobile is on display as my service provider even though I'm using an etisalat sim. Pls what could be the cause? |

What model is it. The problem is likely from your network selection mode. You might've set it to manual instead of automatic. Depending on your model, go to options > mobile network and set it correctly. If u still having issues, go to http://.com , u'l get solutions to all your device / gadget issues via step by step guides |
