Roles and responsibilities

You will:

• Com¬mu¬ni¬cate with clients/customers by tele¬phone and/or writ¬ten cor¬re¬spon¬dence to attempt to bring res¬o¬lu¬tion to unpaid accounts.
• Knowl¬edge, under¬stand¬ing, and com¬pli¬ance with all applic¬a¬ble Fed-eral, State, and Local laws and reg¬u¬la¬tions that reg¬u¬late the col¬lec-tion industry.
• Knowl¬edge, under¬stand¬ing, and com¬pli¬ance with com¬pany poli¬cies and procedures.
• Main¬tain knowl¬edge of func¬tional area and com¬pany poli¬cies and procedures.
• Pro¬vide feed¬back to man¬age¬ment con¬cern¬ing pos¬si¬ble prob¬lems or areas of improvement.
• Make rec¬om¬men¬da¬tions to imple¬ment improved processes.
• Con¬tact cus¬tomers who are delin¬quent in the repay¬ment of bills and obtain pay¬ments, com¬mit¬ment agree¬ments or estab¬lish a repay¬ment plan.
• Fol¬low set poli¬cies and pro¬ce¬dures when deter¬min¬ing suit¬able col-lec¬tion solutions.
• Use under¬stand¬ing and abil¬ity to deal with debtor to obtain a suit-able col¬lec¬tion solution.
• Be aggres¬sive while at the same time main¬tain¬ing a polite attitude.
• Seek pos¬i¬tive results from every phone call.
• Read, inter¬pret and apply fed¬eral, state and local col¬lec¬tion laws, rules, reg¬u¬la¬tions and com¬pany poli¬cies and procedures.

Experience
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 Years working Experience in related field
