Duties & Responsibilities


* Manage recruitment workload and strategy across HR team to ensure time to hire is minimized
* Oversee implementation of annual performance review process
* Ensuring Employment Law adherence
* Manage OH&S compliance
* Implement talent management process


Education & Qualifications

* Degree or certificate qualifications


Experience
