Job Purpose:
The Commercial Assistant help businesses remain productive and profitable by implementing and monitoring programs that ensure continuous quality / price and productivity.


Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Should have experience in procurements / pricing
• Should have exposure to purchase material and determining pricing and preparing of tender.
• Should have done negotiation with vendors/ Contractors
• Should have worked at middle management level
• Should have command over commercial terms and conditions.
• Effectively manage the procurement budgets
• Maintain & increase purchase efficiency by reducing cost & timely supply of materials
• Pro-actively gain the knowledge of latest products and technology available in the market with their competitive prices in related business area of company to bring in 'Competitive Advantage' to the organization
• Review & improve process and systems to ensure smooth, effective & efficient operations
• Monitor & Lead various initiatives like quality improvement / measurement, automation etc.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, particularly for technical presentations. Writing management / technical reports.
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision making skills
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and good organizational skills
• Ability to exhibit effective problem solving skills and at the same time work well under pressure
• Excellent team player and ability to perform very well in a cross-functional work environment
Required Education and Experience:

• Qualification GRADUATE / POST GRAUATE / BE / B Tech / MBA Experience (No of Years):4-5 YRS Relevant Experience (from same industry if necessary) with specified period Min. 4 years Expected Profile handled during previous employment
