Hi peeps, I make yam porridge every week for my husband.though he doesn't say a word I know it tastes horrible.worst of all its never creamy.d oil just floats on top and it doesn't look nice at all.pls can anyone help me with the recipe cos I want to make it for dinner.thanks |

you could add ripe plantain to the yam. another thing I do is to fry the pepper, ugwu and crayfish in the palm oil before pouring it into the yam. that way it mixes quickly and tastes nicer. if you need clarification pls let me know. |
