Nigeria had an added incentive to win their Africa Cup of Nations semi-final against Mali this afternoon.

An organisation representing the country’s sex workers have offered the Super Eagles free nookie for a week if they are crowned champions.

Speaking ahead of the semi-final Jessica Elvis of the Association of Nigerian Prostitutes said: ‘We want to congratulate the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles, for qualifying for the nest round of the competition.

‘To show our support for the team, we’ll be declare one week of free sex if the Super Eagles can win the trophy.’

Possibly spurred on by the offer Stephen Keshi’s team, which includes Premier League stars Victor Moses and John Obi Mikel, cruised into their first Africa Cup of Nations final in 13 years thanks to a 4-1 victory, with goals from Elderson Echiejile, Brown Ideye, Emmanuel Emenike and Momo Sissoko.

They will face stiff competition from either Burkina Faso or Ghana in Sunday’s final.
