nope i dont think it will. Just make sure that if u should get admission, ur credentials are okay and ur results are complete

I believe you'll have to fill your Post UTME form differently so that shouldn't be a problem, jamb information is different from that which you'll provide for your choose d institution. so put your mind at rest!

that depends on the university. But when the time comes, their requests cannot come down from the moon, its something you can easily get.
