please i need advice on weight loss and burning of belly fat.contributions are welcome. |

Hi, These may be of help: 1. Eat very little at night. 2. Do more walking, (I dont mean around the house). It'll be more effective if you walk faster. 3. Go to bed late. (say 2am) 4. Wake up early (going to bed late may make you sleep longer but you can set alarms). 5. You may possibly have a low metabolism, so the point here is to do things that'll keep your metabolism up. E.g Run, jump, walk with a fast pace e.t.c Also, beer tends to lower metabolism. Don't try to go on a diet or starve yourself. Eat normally but eat little or no food at night. I'm of moderate weight and my gains and loses have been very obvious so I know what causes them. Cheers. |

What is your diet like?Stay away from fatty foods and junk foods.Eat less of carbohydrates. Try and exercise.U can start by walking long distances instead of taking a ride.Also start doing sit ups or double leg raise to burn stomach fat. |

I just chkd on your profile and truly u're becoming fat indeed. But IMO just take your mind off it... Yeah, i mean it... If ypu have tendencies of becoming fat, no matter what,, you'll still b fat nooni and mind u, Guys like me likes Phat Gurls so also many guys out dere.... |

replace sugary drinks with water. drink more water walking buy an exercise dvd and try to do at least 20 minutes of that a day and work your way up to an hour (I like kickboxing but there are many others) exercising to music might also help get involved in a sport make a goal less carbs, more vegetables and foods high in fiber make sure u are getting enough sleep |

mysticgal: am a busy person so i eat a lot of junks and sorry of all i leave home early 4 work.Can u pack food when going to work and discipline urself to take only that.Also if u feel like snacking take fruits and vegetables.Garden egg,cucumber and carrots are good examples. |
