By contract staff, do you mean tellers? If the bank is paying 30k to contract staff, it is really not encouraging. I heard they pay full staff handsomely. How do they expect their contract staff to live on such pay? How do they expect poorly paid contract staff to work in tandem with handsomely paid full staff?

There contract tellers earn 60k+...expect if the contract hez talkin abt are cleanerz which I know earns less...

Maybe the OP got the job thru scam recruiters that take their "percentage" off what FBN pays.
