Last weeks Monday i tried to buy 200MB on Airtel network. So, I recharged with N1000, purposely to use it to buy the said number of MB. I call 14150 and press 1 after all their bla bla. To my dismay, they deducted my N1000 but 200MB was not credited in my number. Since then I have called their customer service several time to complain but till now nothing is done about it. Does anybody has ever had such an experience? Is there any legal action one can take against them if such a thing happen again in the future.

They are notorious for this. Over 900mb was unjustly deducted from my account last week , over # 300 airtime credit. I had since called the customer care several times with empty promises that he issues will be resolved. NOTHING YET

U Didnt check ur balance to confirm d mb u subscribe for...so it is possible u were charged on kilobytes which exhausted ur 1000 ... So I am very sure ur mb was not converted dat is why u were charged on kilobytes when browsing

Exactly what happened to me just a week ago. Over 900mb of my data plan was wiped off and #940 airtime charged for nothing. Up until now, it has not been resolved. Whenever I call their customer care, I'm always told my complaint is under review. No refund has been made.
P.S. I have been an active user of their BIS for over a year.
